2.   Delivery Area : Orders are only accepted for deliveries to Germany, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Visitors from other countries may view products but cannot complete a purchase online. 

3. Orders and Availability : Orders are registered directly in Odoo. If a product is out of stock, the purchase option will be disabled. 

4. Prices and Taxes : Prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is based on the country of delivery and is automatically added at checkout. 

5. Payment : Secure payment is available by credit card or via PayPal. 

6. Delivery : Shipping is handled by DHL. Estimated delivery time : 3 to 7 business days, depending on the country. 

7. Right of Withdrawal : Due to the nature of the products (diagnostic tools and reagents), no right of withdrawal can be exercised after shipment, unless there is a proven defect in the product.

9. Disputes : In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Liège (Belgium) shall have jurisdiction.
